Hi! I’m Diane.
As your Wellness and Empowerment Coach, I support you in eliminating overwhelm, procrastination, shame, confusion and stress, by providing you with the tools to build your self confidence muscle, to listen to your “Heart Voice,” and to fulfill on your vision and desire for a life filled with purpose, joy and ease!
Create a safe space that allows you to define your goal, even if you don’t know how to get there, by allowing your heart to guide you.
Create “ME TIME” giving yourself permission for self-care to eliminate stress, burnout and overwhelm, without feeling guilty.
Create strategies for time management, putting in structure and using proven tools, that calm your nervous system and cause procrastination to disappear

When I am not engaged in creating new programs for Phoenix4Life, I love exploring and expanding my knowledge of new healing modalities, coaching techniques and business practices.
I enjoy participating in a variety of personal growth and development communities, networking groups and my Faith Community, all of which challenge me to expand my world.
For a change of pace and relaxation, I love to reach out to family and friends, take long walks in our local park, to read, and to custom design bead jewelry for my friends and for sale..
Early on in my career, I realized that I was highly intuitive and I used this gift to support my team members to find creative ways of balancing their career and family life. Just a few years ago, I left the corporate world and transitioned to coaching woman entrepreneurs, executives and business owners to create the meaningful life they desire. You could say, both my clients and I are following our passions!
I was introduced to a great coach, who showed me ways to prioritize my-well being, relax, follow my Heart Voice and not let the little “voice in my head” run my life, by getting in the way of my vision and life’s purpose.
Upon reflection, I realize that my internal tug-of-war was self-inflicted! I was the one who was holding me back from following my Heart Voice, pursuing what was expected of me, instead of doing what I was meant to do.
